And here’s what they all stand for –
CTA – Call to Action
CTR – Click Through Rate = clicks ÷ impressions = CTR.
CMS – Content Management System
TOFU – Top of Funnel
MOFU – Middle of Funnel (I was born in Brooklyn, wasn’t what I thought first time I read that one)
BOFU – Bottom of Funnel
ICP – Ideal Customer Profile (this is essential , you want to make sure you are always speaking to and marketing to a real person)
Whitepaper – I’m an expert and I know so much (I did a little extra research too, so please give me your email address), here’s what I know about my industry, trends, the future, and here’s what I must share.
On the marketing front, it doesn’t really matter what you call it – it matters that you’re doing it! And doing it consistently. If you’re not marketing today, you won’t have clients tomorrow.
